22470 -DD 619 High Torque Trencher
The versatile Toro Dingo trencher can be used for a variety of jobs from tree planting to irrigation installations and more! The Toro direct drive system provides a large hydraulic motor and provides more torque. The large motor also requires less maintenance and provides a very long life. The heavy duty nose roller bearing lasts longer providing less "shock" to the trencher assembly and chain. The high abrasion resistant boom allows for long boom life. The chain tensioner is specifically designed for easy access and low maintenance, it allows the operator to easily adjust the chain tension to fit the job conditions.

152mm (6") chain width is available for the 91cm (3') trencher boom. Rock/Frost chains are standard 2-pitch, anti-back flex with cupped and carbide teeth. The carbide teeth rip through and break up rock and frost. The cupped teeth follow behind and scoop the material out of the trench.

Trencher Crumber
The Toro crumber is designed specifically to make the trench bottom clean and smooth. The crumber follows behind the chain to clean all "crumbs" from the bottom of the trench. The hardend tip of the crumber pulls any loose material back into the chain teeth where the material is pulled out of the trench and removed by the horizontal auger.

152, 203, 305mm Width Chains
152mm, 203mm or 305mm (6", 8" or 12") chain widths are available for the 91cm (3') boom. All Toro chains are standard 2-pitch, anti-back flex with cupped teeth. The 2-pitch allows the chain to be configured with a tooth on every link or every other link. The anti-back flex design prevents the chain links from "flexing" back in tough soil conditions. Cupped teeth are designed to scoop large quantities of soil. Carbide tipped rock teeth and replacement teeth are available through the parts department.
